SUCH talented kid and teen actors during my childhood and I feel so lucky to have had it back then, now and in the future to always go back and remember that nostalgic feeling during hard times. On a less emotional note, I nearly DIED at the end when she said she didn't care if he didn't have a dime, the " good cuz I DON'T"-- right on the mark, hilarious :D

Shit went downhill for almost anything after 2005. Except politics; that went down the drain way before the 2000's. nowadays some people go for remakes of old movies/tv shows like ghostbusters, lethal weapon, rush hour, you name it. they're even making a gender swapped version of ocean's 11 called ocean's 8. Now I'm not saying that all remakes w/girls as main characters, or remakes in general are bad, but it's just an rehashed concept that's already been done multiple times. Instead of people wanting to make or see something new or original they keep beating the same kinds of concepts turned to silver screen to death. Who else would like to see a horror movie where all of the characters make smart decisions, or a car chase movie where cops don't drive like dumbass infidels?

This was a great movie even after 20+ years it still holds up. It touched on race class and societies affect on youth. And it was about character.

Yes morals that we should take from the rich and give to the bad ass kids ,cause and they need is your money and love. The mindset that all rich people are evil, stuck up, rude and selfish.
