Summer 1991 DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince released Summertime, an instant and obvious laid back classic that remains one of the all-time greats. Summer 2023, Couch Riffs turns over the apple cart and releases Summertime featuring a band of hot shots, reimagining the original with the same spirit, just grittier.
