i was apprehensive about us signing summerville, I was thinking will be realistically be much of a step up from prime benrahma? but this game has confirmed for me that hes a much better player, much stronger and faster and doesnt get pushed off the ball or look for fouls

I was surprised a few times by Summervilles upper body strength considering I keep hearing people including other channels stating he's a bit lightweight. I can't remember who it was but we were attacking and the ball was heading out into touch and there was a straight race between Summerville and a Utd player, the Utd player had a 6 yard headstart but Summerville made the distance up and won possession by going shoulder to shoulder and knocking the Utd player off balance. I do have a gripe though and it's concerning AWB constantly being nowher near the RB position which I know you commented on a few weeks back, it must be a Lopetegui tactic or Lop would be nipping it in the bud but it's a really naive tactic which is seeing us get exposed time and time again which then begs the question why does he keep making WB do it.

I don’t mind attacking fallbacks but there was one moment when wan bissaka somehow made it out to the LW and we lost the ball and garnacho was licking his lips 😂

Which of the supporters , WH or United would be happier at the start of the new year after that VAR decision . It’s likely that had WH lost that game , it may be Lopetegui who would have gone instead . Now , United are going to get the manager we should have had . Who knows we may yet end up with Dyche as our manager.

I like that JLo does at least put his hands up and say 'it 's me not the players'. Think he's probably tried to change things too quickly, possibly feeling the pressure of not being called the spanish Moyes. Plus some of the players just aren't cut out for it. I still think it can get better. Or maybe it won't 🤷‍♂️ lol

Hi lads with the possession stats being higher than last season are we not going in the right direction plus with him utilising subs when he realised his mistakes in the 1st half this has to be better tactics than he who not be named u see this as positives ⚒

I'm getting Emery vibes from Saturday game as we beat Villa a few years ago that resulted in Gerrard getting the sack and replacing him with the Spanish mystro whilst we kept the clown Moyes, so United sack Ten Hag and bring in Amorim whilst we keep Loppy ... will we ever learn???!!!

Cal, Jack, in relation to our system, do u think Lopetegui looks at his mid fielders running stats over their career before he creates or decides his tactics. Or, is Lopetegui just forcing Tim/Sully to purchase the players he wants, by continuing to show them how poor the recruitments are at initiate his plans, tactics or demands on the pitch. Surely Lopetegui did NOT want many of these players. Surely he is NOT that irresponsible.

The starting selection, tactics & midfield were all questionable. These are all issues game to game for J-Lo, by now he should have an understanding of the best team for each opponent
