Matt: Great videos! You're doing a great job! Keep the videos coming. And don't keep apologizing for something being complicated. Motion graphics is complex and many people are here to learn new things. Your presentations are fluid and the pace is just right. You have an extensive knowledge of After Effects and your ability to think on the fly shows you can pull yourself out of a rut when things don't go right. I'm never bored watching your tutorials. Thanks for sharing your knowledge!

sabes que edecto uso para hacer un efecto como liquido?? esque no me sale
@igshipilov8 ай бұрын
@@estefaniaporras5392 depending on what your goal is, but usually simpliest way is to precomp your shapes animation, and then add any sort of blur (for e.g., Fast Bost Blur) and as a second effect add Curve to this precomp. Set the Fast Box Blur at some value a bit higher than 0, and play with Alpha curve in "Curve" effect.

@Lightinballs8 жыл бұрын
I wish you didnt speed up at critical moments when you start actually animating. Its hard to actually see which option you are using on the slider. I replayed the 20 secs between 12-12:20 so many times trying to understand what you did. aside from that thanks for posting the video.

Great videos!!! Just started watching them and I'm already hooked. In this one tho, I got stuck at the 7:05 step when trying to turn to Bezier Path. When I right click my Ellipse Path instead of just getting the "Convert to Bezier Path" I get a sub meny with various options like "New", "Composition Settings", "Preview", "3D View" etc. Can anyone help me? Would really appreciate. And keep up with the great videos!!! I have never taken any class besides learning from youtube and so far you're the best I've found regarding Ae!!!!!
@saschken9 жыл бұрын
Corban Verdejo You have to hold alt while you're creating the circle to make it a bezier path from the beginning. The feature he's using is new in AE CC.

Hey Matt, I know you usually work in AE, but do you think you could do a tutorial or two on motion graphics like these inside Motion 5? It's a great (and much cheaper) alternative to AE for those who aren't as serious in the Motion Graphics biz.
