Thanks for your question! The steel material is perfect for boost or even nitrous, and the gas porting makes them better than even the best conventional ring sets.

Well I’m gapping a set now for a hemi so pretty excited to see how this goes . I wish they where out when I installed my 6.0 LS pro pistons but who know maybe I’ll change them anyway . I’m the tuner and the builder so I’ll definitely get to see first hand . Thank you God Bless.

Does the ported rings of old hold the same street benefits?

Can sets be mixed for us? I have a set of Probe 4.125 pistons that are 1/16 1/16 3.0mm. The gas ported rings are available with that top, 2nd, and oil ring size, but not together in the same kit.

I would really like to try these on my current build, but I see that the set for my application does not have napier style second rings. I prefer napier for oil control. Is there a reason these are not available?
