Summiting the LARGEST active volcano in New Zealand | REBELZ LOG 43

Mount Ruapehu is the HIGHEST point of New Zealand's North Island and also the largest active volcano in the country. Enough reason for us to climb to the top to check out some spectacular views and the crater of the volcano. This hike took around 10 hours. The first part is climbing through the rocks of Mordor and the last part is over snow and ice. Enjoy!

Yes we did! haha. It was so clear. We are uploading a vlog at the moment where we climb Taranaki - and guess what? We see Mt Ruapehu from the top! 😁

Wessel Pieper yes! We saw it from the plane first but halfway the trek we turned around and the morning mist was locked up against the circle around the mountain. Insanely cool. That is our newest video that we uploaded yesterday 😄😄
