One of not many monsters that can "counter" vio runes, you want to kill him last or you'll have to pray for no procs Combo him with Verde, aegir, Diana antares or basically anything that can take many turns (I'd like to see yen + him)

I see what you mean - all those extra turns taken by vio procs reduce Belial's counter to revive - but it's not really a counter. Enemy vio proc'ing is actually still the bane of Belial. Belial's passive does NOT "give you a turn" when it revives, but instead your "ATB fills up to 100%". It's not the same thing. Vio procs move before a 100% ATB unit. That's just the way it is. For example, let's say you have Verde+Belial on your team, and the enemy has a Theomars. Your Belial is dead, but has 1 turn left to come back. Theo targets Verdehile, your Belial revives with 1 HP and full ATB, but Theo vio procs. That's it. It's Theo's turn even though Belial has 100% ATB. Theo just kills your Belial right there. Another scenario, when Belial revives and Antares procs, Antares will get a turn instantly - the 100% Belial ATB doesn't matter. So right there Antares kills Belial too. Anyways, I just wanted to put it out there. Procs cut in before 100% ATB. I confirmed this with Iunu - the wind Anubis - over and over again. He also revives with 100% ATB, and enemy units would always cut him with vio procs. :-(

For those curious, a guild mate got Belial yesterday, he of course instant-6*'ed it. From his experience, he says that to consistently get ignore defense, you need to be below (what he thinks) is roughly ~10-~15% or lower hp. between ~15->~40% he *thinks* you probably ignore somewhere around ~75->~50% defense, and from ~40->~70% you only ignore ~30%. He says his numbers are inconsistent, and he's not sure how it works yet (it's been a day, data can't be too reliable with such a small sample size) but that should give you an idea of how well it works.

i think 1% hp=99%ignore defense, 50% hp=50%ignore defense. His ignore defense isnt by chance, but by percentage base on his lost hp.

Conveniently, I got Diana and belial in the same summoning session, and I just knew without watching this video that; Oml this is gonna be op, a bish who basically can't die, plus a bish who can stun and give strong ass shields, AND can get like 8 billion turns... I CAN TASTE THE VICTORY

so he ignore deff base on the percentage amount of remaining hp . If he lost 100% of his hp he ignore 100% deff if he lost 30% of his hp he ignore 30% deff..

Pair Belial with Aegir or Diana...something that takes a milling turns at a time to get that revive up.
