I gave her almost the same stats, but she and Elena only took 50% of the boss. atk 1748, hp 19000, spd 165, crits - 100% \ 342%. The artifact is the same, the set is the same. Skills are pumped to the maximum. What am I doing wrong?..

I think 50% per turn is fine. Just use this team until Lv8 then you can solo 1 turn with only Fenne.
