Back in the day everybody bought the structure deck. Took the gadgets and threw the rest away. Then ran decks with 9 gadgets and 3ea smashing ground, fissure and other assorted destructions.

That machine structure deck was before Geartown was released. Deck was so bad without "ultimate offering" either.

That deck with some adjustments and 3 copies of Ultimate Offering would have gone so hard. Sam should have only ran 1 Pot. Without Ultimate, there was no way he was gone to fill his Grave up fast enough for Pot to not be dead for a chunk of the duel.

Sam first, I love the effort you put into these videos and the creativity behind the challenges/tournaments I do think however this series would be more enjoyable and exciting if the rule was changed so that a set of 3 cannot be won until the boss monster has been summoned at least once. In other words, someone can win games 1 and 2 without summoning their boss monster, but if they are about to get a third win, and they still haven’t summoned their boss, it would not qualify because it was never summoned in their set of 3. They would need to either draw and summon their boss to complete the finish or get better luck in game 4. That way your rule still stands, but there’s less of a stalling factor that underwhelms the experience

Why does the Red-Eyes structure deck have Armed Dragons? Armed Dragon LV5 could have been a Masked Dragon #2 and the Armed Dragon LV3 could have been Spear Dragon.
