Great precise tutorial 👏 a lot of people say to have your feet parallel to the weights and not show that it’s the actual toe positioning to the weights. Great tip on not being too close to the bar. Great tip on rotating the shoulder out to get more lat engagement and thus control.

Hi! I’m glad you liked it! The most important for cutting weight is being active if you don’t do 10k step a day you are missing out ! You can literally eat the same and loose fat by just waking more
