What about feet width ? And also I'm gonna try breathing out like you said and see if I have more explosiveness seems interesting, I used to do it but for some reason I stopped because I thought for overall tightness it would be better to not do that

Definitely practice it! Give it enough time I promise you it will make your squat so much more explosive. Feet width is usually shoulders apart

Hi protein always lots of veggies fats I keep at 1g per kg of body weight for carbs I have 150 g of rice twice a day and one bagel and eat a lot of fruits for sugars
