Ive just brought the sumup solo with the printer and ive managed to connect the printer to print automatically when sending through an order from my phone. Profile -> accessories (printer settings) -> select use printer -> search and add your solo printer by Bluetooth -> turn on print receipts automatically

I have a question for this. I would like to have it for my small business, but a lot of my payments go with cash and i would need to print the receipt. I would use an outside app on my tablet or phone, to choose which article and then print it out. Is that possible? So far, you've shown it doesn't pair up well for printing it? As well as another question, the provision with each purchase, goes to sumup or to your bank? Because then you also have the bill provision on every transaction in the bank, so, are thse two provisions the same or each of their own, because then the sumup use would feel like a subscription.

You would just need to find a compatible app then it should be. And you can use either Sumup or your bank, you can choose!

How IV been trying to connect my Google pixel to the sum up printer via the app and the app is not finding the printer under the printer settings. I'm having to make the transaction threw the phone and then go onto previous transactions on the sum up device and print the receipt out that way ​@@BoffixAccountancy

Such a shame it doesn’t work with the app and print a receipt, also doesn’t offer the discount like the app at check considering the high price tag it don’t do much, wish it show my items I have priced up in the app but nope it’s very basic wish I didn’t purchase it

Yes, it has it's own Sim card so doesn't require Wifi!

You haven't insert correctly the screen on the printer 😬 The printer open in 2 stages to put the screen all the way. So the Chip slot sits flash with the body of the printer. We're unsure about a logo but you can edit the different areas of the receipt to add an address, contact details and a custom message. We do know the Zettle terminal does have the option to add logos etc. though!
