Does Sumpup Solo allow for remote payment from a web app to be sent to its solo card reader? I know Square Terminal is capable and allows for this, but not sure about Sumup as I couldn’t find anything on the developer website! I would appreciate if anyone knows about this capability! I've got sumup air and it is awful. Suppose to work on a phone 3g signal, it doesn't. Suppose to be able to connect to different card readers on my Samsung s22 ultra, I can't. Bluetooth connection is awful. Sumup customer support is awful!

Exactly why I just left sumup, terrible customer service and then it updates out the blue and then you and the customer are waiting ages for it to finish just so they can pay..

It is not your card reader... it is your internet connection..😂

@TheTarbazli it's the reader. My phone runs on 4g and the card reader struggles. But I must add that I'm finding samsung phones (A71, S22 & S22 Ultra) to have connection issues with sumup. An old iphone xs max that I was temporarily using last year was awesome. I wish I never got rid of it. I've spoken with both sumup and samsung and they're both baffled!

We get paid but they are shocking if you get the air they disconnect and try joining others at events.

I was happy 12 months ago with sum up never never get the air. It’s utter crap. Always make sure you get a terminal with the sim in. Safer and don’t disconnect.
