That's a great idea. Most of the models are pretty decked out but we can point out what is standard and what is upgrades and maybe even the most common upgrades.

How many lots are left in Sun City N.? Will there be any new models or floor plans in Argent East? When is the estimated start time for selling in Argent East? Thank you for a great video.

There are very few homesites left in Sun City North. No scenic series and just a couple distinctive series. They do have a few Echelon series that they had pretty deeply discounted. We “hope” to see some lots released in Argent East in October. Fingers crossed. They also have a couple quick move-ins with some nice options. Reach out to me for more information.

In 2020, they were selling for around $250k. Now, they are priced at $350+ and more. I think these homes are way overvalued and overpriced.
