@@parodeejay what are the benefits of booking with a travel agent? I usually book with the company, but would love to use you as my agent in the future.

It depends on the cruise line. Sometimes lower rates (mostly certain Royal or Celebrity cruises) but typically it’s about the same rate you’ll see yourself online. The main benefit is customer service and not having to deal with the cruise line directly for issues, and supporting a small business by having the cruise line pay out a commission that would normally stay in their pocket, without costing you any more, ha ha!! :P ~Jay

We have the Plus package next April for a 20 day cruise. The Premiere was just so pricey and really unnecessary for our needs. I understand the unlimited Premiere Speciality Dining is taking up all the reservations. Happy I was already able to make ours months ago.

on our island princess cruise, the salmon dinner was on the daily kids menu . available every day, but not daily on the main menu. also on the kids daily menu was the delicious spaghetti and meatballs. not kids size either.

We’ve found people start lining up close to two hours prior to the show in many cases for prime seats. You probably need to be at least an hour ahead of showtime or the seats might be gone!!

Sun Princess is our 7-day Med cruise next Labor Day week. Will be curious to see what they do with that whole Park 19 disaster (how many people were fired over that, I wonder?). Supposedly they were deconstructing it during your Transatlantic. Was it very loud with all those workers cutting, ripping out metal?

We didn’t live near that zone, but folks said they could hear it. They finished the work on day twelve of the cruise and opened the area.

We’ve seen a few pools with stairs, but very few with sloped entry. Maybe the Oasis-class of Royal Caribbean with their “beach” pool.

You are lucky the ship isn't at full capacity as was in the Med and on our cruise After our cruise wouldn't recommend it overcrowded and people line up nearly 2 hours before the shows because the venues are way too small in general if the ships full as normal stay away from it and its very loud
