They should make it a “silent disco under the stars”. We had silent discos on celebrity! One of most youthful experiences on any cruise we’ve done, three channel headsets, no music without headsets. All cruisers are laughing, engaging, looking crazy dancing! If you don’t have booking with children, it won’t be a fail if they don t deliver. (I enjoy cruise vacations without children on board. Have never cruised with children so I’m not apposed.)

Hey, thanks for watching and commenting. Love the idea of silent disco we have done it a few times on cruises and loved it , maybe make into area that can adapt throughout the day.

I wonder if family bookings weren’t as expected and that they decided to pull the plug? This does mean that they’re firmly going for the adult market which is probably a better fit. My gut feeling is that they’ll rip it out and then leave it as a Sun Deck

Hey as always thanks for watching. I think you right on Sun deck, problem is its a big ship and without the family market it might struggle, really be interesting on way it goes in next few years! What's on top of star princess will answer that one!

I don't know about the headline which mentions Princess "scrapes" Park 19. I'm sure you meant "scraps!" The video headline also promises the "FULL STORY" although there wasn't any more of a "full story" than any other video I've seen. Mostly, you're asking questions about what might happen in the future. I will would love to know the real "full story" about this decision. I hope you can truly learn more.

@@wasabisf hi thanks for watching. Apologise you felt you were slightly mislead with the headline, the full story was meant to be full story passengers know, unless Princess says more (unlikely) we will never know anymore. If we do ever know more I will do a part 2

The best bet would be if they could somehow start the demolition during the transatlantic in October and then finish it during the short cruise before she starts her weekly sailings. It would be stupid to have it in tact for years before an official dry dock

If 3 days isn’t enough to dismantle it then it will be a white elephant I think. Still , can’t beat a good jogging track 😂

I believe the amount of reviews and comments they received from their loyal cruisers might it influenced a decision maker as they prefer the cruise ships to benefit from the age group they normally serve. In my personal view I was kind of disappointed when they first started marketing this new section of the ship, as it is even though they do not offer all those activities like rollercoasters they normally have plenty of children specially during summer time, holidays etc. Now if they were to have that activity zone means more children, I have nothing against children, I am a mother and I cruised with my children when they were little and they didn't need all that stuff to actually have fun. Princess is not Carnival (parent company) or royal. You want rollercoasters, water shows, car zone, hanging activities then continue cruising with those cruise lines who offer it.
