Sun-style Taijiquan

Outside of the Chen Style, I believe the Sun Style is the next closest to martial applications.

It's worth preserving. TCA (tai chi for arthritis), a very abbreviated Sun adaption, has helped a lot of seniors experiencing health and mobility issues. I think the Chinese have explored "human potential" possibilities much longer than we have.

It's Sun Lutang's daughter in this video. Maybe if you spent some time studying instead of just trolling you'd realize Sun studied in Yang and Wu (and Bagua and Xingyi) before developing his style. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sun-style_tai_chi
