Consider also though: The Earth's magnetic shield is weakening. Even a flare of past energy height, might still do more damage today. Plus consider that as the Earth's magnetic poles move, so too do the cusp of energy interactions in the atmosphere and through the surface of the Earth.

True but you're leaving out the best part! Our Sun's Solar flares charge up the Earths magnetic field. Without the Sun's energy hitting us constantly we would simply have no magnetic field or a liquid core. The sun literally gives the Earth 🌎 life and that includes all the tiny living creatures on the surface too. Science is looking for extraterrestrial life and we can't find it? Did you know our earth sits in a golden sliver of space in a magnet boundary line that's basically the God Code of magnetic alignment for a planet orbiting a Star to always be just leaving earth in a Goldilocks zone for only glancing blows of the Sun daily tossing plasma balls right at you. Other planets in our solar system always get targeted by the Sun's highly magnetic plasma filaments. It's truly amazing we lived long enough to argue about it online if you 🤔 think about it.

Comparing to past solar events is apples to oranges. Closest ex option would be the Carington event. Our entire civilization runs on electricity. In 170 years we have completely entangled wires all over the planet. The next event...if anywhere near carington event level of power...will be a real doozy

Please don’t make fun of me and my question….I’m not a scientist, nor do I claim to be educated in this area therefore I ask….”Could the flare have been the cause of my vehicles alarm activation”? No one was in the truck, it was parked and nothing hit it. It took several minutes to get it to turn off.

Just a note for those who know little about radio: "high frequency" in this context is actually quite a misnomer. This corresponds to the 3-30 MHz band, like the remote controlled toys of your youth used. This is RIGHT SMACK IN THE MIDDLE of the spectrum, forcing ridiculous adjective inflation as subsequent bands had to be named V(ery)HF, U(ltra)HF, S(uper)HF, E(xtremely)HF, and finally into terahertz radiation where things start acting a bit more like infrared light rather than radio.

That phrase is use as the sign off for “Suspicious Observers” show concerning space weather news on KZbin brought to us by the intrepid Ben who believes as did Buckminster Fuller that we are headed for another ice age. Ben Davison has taught those who follow his channel that we are due for a complete pole shift from North- South to East-West with rapid reversal to North-South. Further he thinks our electro/magnetic fields are extremely weak and getting weaker allowing the right solar flair may destroy the exterior of Earth leaving our beautiful blue planet barren. Mr. Davison has never denied that Climate Change is occurring but for different reason than are currently believed in many scientific circles. Highly recommended his KZbin channel Suspicious Observers.

PERIODIC TABLE OF THE ELEMENTS: Potential completion of the Periodic Table of the Elements: I currently believe that there are 120 chemical elements in this universe. If a person were to look at how electrons fill up the shells in atoms: 2, 8, 18, 32, 32, 18, 8 (seven shells), and realizing that energy could freely flow in this universe if nothing stopped it from doing so, then a natural bell shaped curve might occur. An eighth energy shell might exist with a maximum of two elements in it, chemical element #119 (8s1) and chemical element #120 (8s2). Chemical Element #119 (8s1): #119 I put at the bottom of the Hydrogen group on the Periodic Table of the Elements. It only has one electron in it's outer shell with room for only one more electron. Energy might even enter the atom through the missing electron spot and then at least some of the energy might get trapped inside of the atom under the atom's outer shell. Chemical Element #120 (8s2): #120 I put at the bottom of the Helium group since it's outer shell is full of electrons. It might have some of the properties of group two, Beryllium group (Alkali Earth Metals group) since it has two electrons in it's outer shell; as well as some of the properties of the Helium group (Noble Gases group) since it's outer shell is full of electrons; and if you look at the step down deflection of the semi-metals and where #120 would be located on the chart, it's possible #120 might even have some semi-metal characteristics. #120 would be the heaviest element in this universe. I believe chemical element #120 could possibly be found inside the center of stars. When a neutron split inside of this atom, it would give off one proton, one electron, neutrinos and energy. The proton and electron would be ejected outside of the atom since all their respective areas are full. One proton and one electron are basic hydrogen, of which the Sun is primarily made up of, and the Sun certainly gives off neutrinos and energy. And note, it's the neutron that split, not a proton. So even after the split, there are still 120 protons inside of the atom and the atom still exists as element #120. The star would last longer that way. In addition, if the neutron that split triggered a chain reaction inside of the star, this could possibly be how stars nova, (even if only periodically). If stars were looked at as if this theoretical idea were true, and found to even be somewhat true, then we might just have a better model of the universe to work with, even if it's not totally 100% true. And if it's all 100% true, then all the better. (Except of course for those who might be in the way of a periodic nova or supernova. They might have a no good, very bad, horrible day.)

I have a critique of a clip from this video shown at 2:57 and repeated thereafter: it shows the earth’ shadow on the surface, with a continent lit up by artificial lights which are rapidly winking out. When combined with the narrator talking about radio blackouts due energy from a massive solar flare, it gives the false impression that the flare caused the electrical grid to black out as well. This is the kind of misunderstanding which was exploited in a meme (semantic, not graphic) which I found on social media recently alleging a catastrophic event coupled with a coverup conspiracy centered on a solar flare. I’d like to see this channel present its information in such a way that it avoids images that are misleading and easily misinterpreted.

Fair point. However, I encourage people to consider our weakening magnetic field. Poles are drifting and weakening our shield. Even small X flares eventually can take our grids out.

Good discussion. I like to suggest a thought simulation. Infinite space is infinitely packed with massless, charge less, timeless particles (Not real to us, but a singularity)bordering the outside expansion of our bubble universe. Black holes exert enough energy in a small enough point of spacetime that creates a leak of those massless particles into time, hence, Einstein's space-time is created. All those massless particles getting electrified, grow astronomically with fields pushing each other aside (similar to inflation period after Big Bang), that creates the dark energy of every black holes expansion to power expansion of the universe. Then the event horizon becomes the mass pouring in, in time dilation so the information itself has not arrived for us to calculate. Things fall into the event horizon from our universe as well, after all it's a huge gravitational field, but net positive in its leaking in... There are no laws of physics to dispute this model.
