This hit different 😳😳i started loving sk because of their brit rock vibes but I’m glad they’re experimenting. Differences aside this is a nice song but I hope they incorporate more of what makes them special. The bridge still feels very much like their old songs and I love it. Autotune is pretty fun but I don’t think it’s enough to carry an EP. Hopefully we can see them evolve beyond❤️❤️
@Apathist14084 жыл бұрын
The main difference is the inclusion of Clarence Clarity, who produced and helped write as well. He definitely has a huge influence on this EP. I really am into the shimmering sound of it all. I haven’t ever listened to this bad before though, and I get what you’re talking about, because their past releases sound almost nothing like this, they really veered into a more 80s sound with Clarity with a lot of experimental pop. Tbh I don’t think you’ll have to worry about this sound sticking around for them too much though unless it is some lead up to a bigger album coming soon. Although I personally would love to hear what else they would come up with together, but I’m a HUGE Clarence fan

This music video is criminally underrated :( Definitely a grower that gets better with every listen while you untangle it's intricacies The vocals, the instrumental, the lyrics, the video etc.. it all just comes together into a marvelous gem Musically it's the perfect blend between trap, pop, rnb, epicness and poetry with that nudge to your purely indie past.. While ofc all being perfectly reflected in the visuals Such a fantastic piece that got me through some really tough and confusing times Thanks from the bottom of my heart for helping me navigate this

Try creating the same exact thing for your whole life. It's limiting, uninspiring and in the end just depressing. If the band felt like making this then that's completely fine We should all be completely free to experiment with art in any way we'd like to answer your question, what happened is this band is just finding itself in different genres, because sticking to one for a prolonged amount of time is degrading. But it's also completely fine not to like this. I'm not usually one to listen to this genre of music and will always put their rock songs over this, but I can respect them for trying out new things cheers! :))
