The flow session was awesome, Learned a lot. I am curious how you emulate a fight on the ground though. In a fight situation you will have sweaty or not sweaty situation (early round) and the speed at which guys grapple in a real fight is crazy fast. I come from triathlon and the motto I had when I competed was train how you race. Same thing for MMA right?
