Lamb here today too ..lamb chops , minted new potatoes , roasted cauliflower , carrots , sweetheart cabbage , runner beans and lots of thick minted gravy Dinner looks lovely Marrtine

I am surprised the lamb shanks weren’t tough cooked in an air fryer,we always braise them.I am having Baingan Bharta,with potatoes for Sunday dinner,with Masala naan.😊

Martine, that looks amazing to be honest you don't need Yorkshire puds on that plate. Great Idea with the mash. it just makes it look professionally served. I like mint gravy too, so will try this. Lamb is very expensive but I can get two lamb steaks from Aldi for abut £4 or so. Looking forward to the next one Maggie
