Just like the title says.... I went out to do some fishing on my Sunday Funday in south western Wisconsin

The warden's ears were burning, that's why she showed up right after you were discussing a potential game violation. What you meant to say is that you're going to a licensed fish hatchery to find some fish for the aquarium, right?

Keeping panfish is legal, now keeping a undersized game fish like a bass, walleye ect... is illegal! Have had several fish tanks with panfish and there's zero issues with it be illegal.
