Depends on how I’m driving - just casual driving I usually shift like 4K, and if I’m driving hard I’ll go to 7K ish

thanks! nah im not tracking the car, just pushing it on some days... yeah the z stock is known to get higher oil temps - some people do aftermarket oil coolers to help bring temps down/moderate
