Well, its now a month later than you posted this video, so I'm sure your garden is in full swing, but we're growing Beefsteak Tomatoes this year, red peppers, potatoes, swiss chard, onions, cabbage, romaine lettuce and lots of herbs. We started everything from seeds in our spare bedroom with grow lights on a wire shelving rack. It's been so much fun watching things spring to life and sprout from the ground!! I'm excited to try these carrot patties! Thanks for the recipe! (And this was such a lovely video!! Thank you!)

I'll try starting my seeds indoor again this year, but I have to be careful because my cat Seamus loves to eat the tender shoots so I have to hide them (little scoundrel). We will definitely be planting our garden again this year. Corn, beans, tomatoes, pepper, all the squash and zucchini’s etc.. I’ve never planted garlic so we’re going to try that this year. That carrot cake looks incredible!! 😍

Hello sweet Bekah! Happy belated Easter! 🐣🥕 I’ve been on a roll watching your newest videos and even rewatching the oldies. You mean so much to me. Your silence has such a kindness and warmth that speaks louder than words. All the recent foods you’ve been cooking up look delicious! Your white cat reminds me so much of my new cat named Snowbell! She is a beautiful white & grey tabby cat that was abandoned in our neighborhood this October. I found her one night stuck in a tree. She was about 20-30 feet in the air! I prayed to the Lord for help and spoke to her the whole time and she was finally able to come down, not long after! Ever since then she’s been with us and I wouldn’t have it any other way. She is now an indoor only cat as she is scared to go outside and she is just too precious and spoiled! My mom and I fostered her and decided we couldn’t part from her. She’s our 4th fur baby now!! She’s just so sweet. I recently watched your video on raising donations for Ukraine and our lovely family was able to raise $3 Million! I can’t believe it! That is amazing and warms my heart that there are people like you, people like us, who still love and care. May the Lord bless you and your family and those who are with us during this time.
