grace the way you think about things and your mindset is honestly so admirable! you dont beat yourself up for feeling down or uninspired, and can recognise that it’s very human and that we can’t all be at 100% all the time. it’s such a lovely trait, and im sure you help so many other people who are feeling low, because it’s easy to feel guilty for “wasting” a day or being “unproductive”. it’s just nice that you acknowledge we all get that way sometimes, and it’s nothing to be ashamed of

Have you thought about changing the tog of your duvet. Going for a lower tog may help with how hot you get but still provide a nicer comforting thick duvet. You can probably tolerate more “processed” or cooked dairy because your body doesn’t need to break it down from its raw form. Ie butter has been processed from pure milk and the buttermilk removed, which is why it’s easier to digest than just pure milk you’d drink.
@katiebrown2183 жыл бұрын
For me, the protein is what I’m allergic to, so things like butter have a higher fat ratio are easier for my body to tolerate. Who knows, I think my primary issue with dairy is that I’m not a baby cow... actually that might just fix all my problems if I could just live life as a bebe cow

If humans were baby cows we wouldn't be intolerant to dairy, but some are, cause we aren't CALVES 🤣 who would've thought!!!

@Dusty Shackleford why would we need to add something to digest it if cows milk is produced for baby cows to drink and we are not baby cows the last time I checked? Tell me again how drinking cows milk is natural for humans. Cats produce milk for cats. Dogs produce milk for dogs... AND SO ON

About the duvet situation - I completely recommend going for a natural wool duvet, because it regulates your body temperature so you won't overheat (whereas polyester makes you v sweaty because is doesn't regulate your temperature). Honestly, natural wool duvets are game changers, and they stay puffed up and have a lovely weight so you feel all cosy without overheating.
