I really appreciate the dancing and lively interpretive staging of this song. It is Dot's song, from Dot's point of view. She always longs to go to the Follies. The dancing then highlights the slower introspective sections when everything stops.

I saw this twice. She and Evans were fantastic,...but this has to be the most ridiculous, unnecessary and distracting staging

This has got to be, without a doubt, the most horrendous arrangement and staging of this number I have *ever* seen. Sophie-Louise is perfectly lovely but the way they've arranged the number is so on the nose it's awful, and what is going on with the absurd, distracting choreography?!
