Sunday Morning-End Of The Hour of Power?

This is a video clip from the program Sunday Morning which included a clip about the future of the Hour of Power which is a religious program I enjoy watching every Sunday. I am sad when I think of what has happened to the Hour of Power & the Schuller family. I hope the church will continue & maybe oneday return to the Crystal Cathedral.

I think the recession was a big factor but there are many other factors too. The family is fighting & the messages & music have changed & I think it is very sad. I hope the church will be able to survive but it will be very different from before. I am gonna miss the old church & the old Hour of Power. :( God Bless! Katie =^..^=

This is a program that I watch every Sunday & they are having alot of financial problems & I was worried the church would disband but thankfully they are gonna carry on but I'm sure it will be very different & I will miss the old church. The Recession killed Crystal Cathedral? I don't think so. At least not the financial one. The bickering and bitter fights within the family, and the outcome of that, is a more likely explanation. As well as the fact that the present minister have a message that is so very far away from that of Dr Schuller Sr. Her odd combination of moral neoconservatism and total disrespect of Dutch reformed liturgical tradition, is pushing people away, not inviting them to come in and to take part. Very sad.
