I Had Scrambled Eggs, Sausage, And A Cup Of Coffee For Breakfast This Morning And I Am Going To Have Honey BBQ Spare Ribs, Rice And Beans, And Potato Salad For Dinner Tonight. I Am Going To The Arc Program Tomorrow And Also Tomorrow Is Laundry Day, On Tuesday I Am Going To The Gym With The Arc Program, On Wednesday It Will Be The Library, This Thursday It Will Be Weighing Day, This Friday It Will Be My GI Doctor's Appointment With Dr. Coleman, And Next Saturday I Am Going To The 2024 New Jersey Special Olympics Competition At 80th Street Park. Note: Last Friday I Went To The Secaucus Hospital And I Had My Polyps Removed When I Had My Endoscopy Procedure.
