I remember that accident on the set of the Twilight Zone movie. It was a Landis film and it was Vic Morrow who passed away, and sadly two children. The copter went down because it flew over a mortar, that was being used for special effects. The movie did hit theaters, with the tragic scenes cut from it. My nephew and I saw it in theater and neither one of us thought it was very good.
