Me, I have a right to have a different opinion and to express it and I just did that. Deal with it.
@gedemoye1284 ай бұрын
@@dipoajax being different is not the same as being hateful and unreasonable. Oliseh was humiliated out of the Super Eagles because of standing for his teammates as the skipper. Duke Udi stated Oliseh’s sterling qualities as a leader. He was sick but sacrificed his health to save Nigeria from the disgrace of Senegal right in Lagos in 2000. Due to his stand for his teammates, a minister of sport said it’s over his dead body that Oliseh will go to 2000 World Cup. The minister died in a plane crash before the World Cup. May GOD rest his soul. You don’t course who GOD blesses. Don’t say negative things about what and who you really don’t know.
@dipoajax4 ай бұрын
@adeyemijonathan7844 I didn't know you knew so much about Oliseh. Congrats on that. Your perception of Oliseh as a great leader is your opinion. I will not argue against that because you are entitled to it. However you need to recognise and appreciate that others' opinion may be different from yours and it is OK if that happens. It doesn't show anything about their character (or lack thereof) or even their dispostion towards the person in question. It is just an opinion based on their OWN perception. No more, no less. You need to respect that. All your rant about "hateful", "unreasonable" etc are not necessary and I won't go that rabbit-hole with you. I respect your perception, respect mine. Period. Have a great week ahead.

In the animal life cycle and system are food chains and food pyramids. I have no business with the Nigerian way of life, for I am not Nigerian. My first question is why didn't Sunday Oliseh speak in your native tounge? Most of you are struggling in Nigeria. Your gov organises this event, because (speculation) these and their families are the elite voters. Who will they vote for, I guess now you know. Oliseh hitchikked this speech, and he is not a good public speaker. Just ask Eugevon (notice the tension in Austin) and many standing on the stage. Oliseh was one of the last to come into this squad, Rufai should have spoke was there since 83. Were is Westerhoff? Because his vote doesn't apply, there was no need to have him there, yet he is the one with the key to the success of this team not Oliseh! Just watch the video of the late Stephen Keshi when he tells about AFCON 94 and qualifying for the world cup. He was good a good public speaker that is what made him a successful coach and player around the world. What kind of speech does someone ask at some point saying "am I lying?" I mean this is what happens when you don't have higher education. Yet I look at the comments section and not see one who sees what I'm seeing. Yet I will tell you that these have never bettered your lives. Some of you work and get paid equivalent of $50 a month and some even $2 yet you come to praise these men. When re you going to cry out and say when is my chance to be appreciated as a human by my government, rather than they allocating money to over- compensated already puffed up egos. Since these men have retired they have not improved household earning power of the average Nigerian home, they only sought to improve their own. Where are the rest of you in the food pyramid of life! I am African and am more often now am shocked by the way my so called pple think. Truth now lacks. Your eyes are now waxing dull. Your judgements are now dross. I left Africa 16yrs ago, by God, the God of Israel, yet I always feel it's just last week I left. I fail, probably, to recognise the vast hectares of change that have transpired in the way the pple is thinking. When will I accept that Africa has changed vastly since I left. I want you to watch the video where Oliseh spoke about the jelousy in the camp plus the big commotion before the Italian game, yet on this day he spoke about tightness and unity. Hah?!? I guess everyone on the stage is just happy to see each other again. Bonferre is in Nigeria, Christian Chukwu was in this team as coach, many should have spoken. But instead it was mister unpredictable, asking pple retorical questions on stage via mic. I wish he laughed then one could say he is a comic, but rather I think he is unstable. Maybe African pple have not changed, they still love drama, anyway it comes. Because this is drama on stage, you don't really know how pple are feeling inside, when someone chooses to speak presumptuously.
