Hello, love your content all of it. I came for the crochet hair, then stayed for the lifestyle vlogs, but this weekend I discovered n binged on the filler videos. Giirrl_ what!!! I love all of it! But how about no cramps all 2023...when you feel your cycle coming on 2 or 3 days before drink sorrel or hibiscus tea with 2 or 3 pieces of ginger in it . Drink it until day 2 of your cycle if needed...I promise it's life changing... And if you don't want to drink it hot you can add some raspberry or peach or even lemonade iced tea in it.
