I find that a colder shower really helps with my anxiety in the morning , not sure of the logic behind it but ive noticed a difference :)

Hey Jess. Parkrun is amazing- you can walk or run. They even have park walkers to encourage people who want to go and walk. You should definitely try it. It’s free and gives a great sense of community and a buzz when you finish! Both me and my husband started by run/walking and, since my husband had a major op, we’ve often walked it while he’s recovering. ❤ x
