There's so many items in that haul that I want! Best way to clear the tray before doing a proper change over z.just use the poo bag like I would with a dog I have three cats and two trays , they need to be cleaned every other day or so . But when they poo we just use a poo bag with our hands and pick it up . Saves dropping any litter all over the floor by using to scoop

Wedding scent: no! For me personally I have my all time go to perfume (La vie est belle by lancome) and I always feel like "me" when i wear it. I wanted to feel my best self and like me on my wedding day so I just wore my fave perfume and have no regrets, I wouldn't have felt myself otherwise! I feel like a wedding scent and buying a new perfume for your wedding is just another thing that's been made big by Internet culture. Just wear what you love! 😊

I used a pet stroller when one of my dogs had a slipped disc,i walked one dog and pushed the other taking her out for the toilet,then the other dog kept collapsing because if he walked to much his wind pipe collapsed so he then got to use it,he walked a little then pushed for a while to rest then ack out to walk.

I use canva to design invitations but then Vistaprint to actually have them printed. Or Moo print is good too. Did my brother's wedding invitations recently and they came out great. Hope you get them sorted. If in doubt there's always hobbycraft! I hand made my wedding invitations but admittedly they took ages! x

I know you take vitamins and I'm not sure whats in them without looking, but I suffer with chronic fatigue so can definitely relate to the time before period as that's when my fatigue ramps right up, but in regards to supplements I highly rate Active Iron as they are specially formulated to not have the undesirable side effects that come with the usual iron supplements (can also be taken on an empty stomach) and I only take them in the days leading upto and during my period and I find that really helps. On a side note iron is not to be taken with caffeine as it inhibits absorption, always take in the morning as it will keep you awake at night, I may made that mistake a few times 😅. They also come in doses of 14mg which is the standard dose you'll get in a multivitamin,17mg and 25mg. The problem with iron from multivitamins is it is usually poorly absorbed. You can also buy them in holland and barrett.

I’d recommend print works for your invites I got mine done there and some other bits they came out perfect and the quality is perfect!

The week before (when in luteal) is the same for soooo many of us! 😩 Have you thought about learning more about your menstrual cycle so you know when it’s best to push yourself and when to give yourself a break? The “stardust” app is quite useful for period tracking & basic phase info. Things have gotten so much better for me when I started learning about hormones, doing seed cycling and changing my workouts depending on the time of the month. It’s sad that it’s only the minority of women who are taught about these vital things by their mothers from an early age. Instead we are taught to be educated on everything except our own bodies! Let go of the guilt and give your body the rest it needs ☺️💕
