I love seeing the wind in the trees, it's so sad to think of how those winds are affecting the fires in the south, it's usually such a nice experience as it blows through the boughs. Looks like you have a good system going, prepping food helps so much in setting up for healthier meals in the week.

I never think of doing a week ahead prep work. Great idea. I can see how it would make it easier for when you make the meals and you already know what your menu is.

I don’t know why I just loved watching you meal prep and chopping food. I don’t even cook, but I enjoyed watching the preparation. I love pesto. I usually get the kind in the jar though or in the little tub refrigerated. I can’t remember the brand but I think it’s from Raleys. I like mixing it together with the garlic Alfredo, Yum 😋.

Anne, you are doing great,looking great and seem to be getting into Your own Vibe. 🙌 I got divorced back in the early 200O’s at the age of 35. My best year ever! I Took two years to Myself and moved out without taking a thing .. {Well 3 kids, and 2 years alimony } and Our sanity. Walking away is good for the soul.
