Sunday Ride On The Kymco Agility 50

I had quite an scare when it came to noises at my last long distance trip with my Kymco 50. Suddenly when driving I heard awful "klingklangklong" racket, at middle of nowhere, and thought "Does this come from my engine?" Pulled at side of road and shutted engine down. Racket continues. At nearby field tractor was pulling some kind of farming implement, and noise came from there. :D False alarm.

I just got a agility 50.. took it out on the road this morning. What app are you using on your phone as the speedometer?

I hope you enjoy it for years to come. The app I use is called digi hud in the Google app store.

Is this model the same as the 50i from Kymco, where it only goes to 35mph?

I'm not sure. Mine only did 29-30 at first. I switched out the roller boss and it does 37-39 now.

No the 50i is fuel injected

i'm considering buying one of these, could you put a passenger on it? i weigh 180, could there be 2 of me on it and be okay?

If they are not much over 100 pounds. The motor just doesn't have much power. A 125 or 150 would be much better to ride with a passenger.

It was doing 28mph factory. After the roller boss swap and unrestricted cdi installation, it will go 37mph on flat land easily. I've had it up to 44mph but it was down hill.

Yes. It has an unrestricted cdi and roller boss.

Not yet. I'll take the torque converter cover off in the morning and see what I can find. It doesn't act any different but the noise is new. It could also be the exhaust. Maybe the heat shield.
