We live in a toxic world of chemicals that affects our fitness, health and wellness (mentally and physically, externally and internally) and causes illnesses, diseases, pain, weight gain, poor skin health and infertility just to name a few. I have been doing ENEMAS, PILATES, YOGA AND YOGALATES for detoxing, fitness, health and wellness since 1995 when I was 13 years old.
