Instruction geeks unite! 😆😆 I'm with you Judy - and Instructions for any new patterns go straight to the nightstand for studying. I read them through a few nights in a row sometimes. Especially the old designer ones; I just wanted to know how to do all those details. AND I discovered a couple of years ago that the instruction files for PDF patterns CAN be notated, (with only one I've found that it's disabled) and saved. I've been able to write, highlight, and add text notes to patterns and save them so they're there the next time. I've used I AM quite a bit and they're not an excessive number of pages, but for ones that run to volumes, it's really helpful! 😘 Love the 'in the live'! Happy sewing!

Its just so essential. I don't believe there is an 'easy' or beginners pattern. Also patterns are to be treated with respect, xx

We definitely had fun with our unboxing on Wednesday 😆. You could have used the extra length on your cuffs on the Trudi turtleneck to make thumb cuff which would be grand for the winter

Love your hair, especially when you’re wearing the pink textured jumper. For a leggings pattern I suggest you use Apostrophe Patterns My Fit Leggings - the pattern is generated to your measurements and the %stretch of the fabric.

Judy you talked about going to Boyes, is it in York if so is it in the city center.? I am going to York at the end of the month and fancy a bit of fabric shopping..

Hi Yes Boyes in in the city centre, its behind the Minster on Goodramgate. Goodramgate runs into Monk Bar, and lies behind the Minster near St Williams College. The fabric is upstairs and you can find some real treasures. You must also visit Duttons for Buttons on Coppergate and Sewcialing in Coffee Yard as well. Judi x
