Sunday Silence tries to become Racing's 12th Triple Crown winner, the first one since Affirmed 11 years prior. Unfortunately for Sunday Silence, Easy Goer who is the son of Affirmed's biggest rival Alydar, tries relentlessly to prevent that.

1989 Belmont Stakes was a Very good example of just how "Superior" of Talent 1 Horse had over the other....Sunday Silence beat Easy Goer 3 out of 4 meetings 1 in the Mud and other 2 by a Nose/Neck but this Performance was eye opening and the Race was quickly over on the far turn...
