Sir I have 500 share of hdfc life insurance for four years. Four years ago everybody was talking about insurance sector growth and low penetration. But it didn't give any return. Should I hold or sold. Please guide.

You bought the stock listening to others. You did no analysis on your own. You do not track the performance and listen to the management on con calls. You are stuck because of all the above reasons. Go read the con calls and see what the people doing the business are saying. then take your call.

I had also biased on HDFC LIFE. since sector and this is over valued, i have removed it. After that focussed on IT, RETAIL, NBFC with following concall, PPT, Business Update or tacking etc example Home first finance Senco Gold Bector Food Birla Soft Also NATCO PHARMA as an additional. etc etc Fyi
