Yesss! I know exactly what you mean about sleep paralysis. I’ve only had it twice but each time I had it, it was scary. And each time I sensed a heavy presence beside me or in the room. The first time it happened I felt a weird heavy presence before I went to sleep but I wasn’t sure what it was. That night I experienced sleep paralysis and I saw a faceless person in a black hooded cloak trying to reach down and choke me, and it was in the same exact area I felt that weird heavy presence before going to sleep. Nobody can tell me that wasn’t a demon. Idc idc idc! When it was happening I remember thinking “oh God help me,” but it wasn’t until I hollered out “JESUS” that it all ended. The second time it happened, it was the same black cloaked faceless person and I screamed “JESUS” and it ended. I’ve gotten to the point where I wake myself up when I feel my body going numb or getting stuck. And I make it a point to pray and ask God to cover me in my sleep every night.

Wow, there’s definitely power in the name of Jesus! I’ve noticed since I now no longer really sleep on my back that has stopped a lot of episodes from happening! Yess I definitely started praying over my room now too outside of just my regular nightly prayer
