Hi Paula & Ed- Thanks for sharing your meals with us. Great tip about allowing meat to come up to room temp before cooking. 👍. I’m so excited, last week I achieved a WLJ milestone and have officially lost -120lbs in 15 months at age 61! 🤩. I’m now 150lbs and only have 15lbs more to lose to reach my goal weight of 135lbs / ‘healthy’ BMI of 23. ❤❤❤

I agree...meat and small amount of vegetables and occasional berries. We are so used to it now, that it's easy. [Nuts are our only issue sometimes, if we let them in the house...we over eat them]

Hi Paula! All the food looked delicious. Homemade ranch is so good! I've been putting my meat out to get it to room temp before cooking for a few years. Can't remember who I heard say to do that, but it does make a big difference. I do it with all meats no matter how I'm cooking it. Have a terrific week!

Hi Paula, the wraps look so good, I’ll be making those later. Also going to make your peanut butter fudge which is delicious, I’ve made that a lot! I fell off the wagon over Christmas with ‘treats’ on a daily basis 🤦‍♀️ Back to my usual low carb/sugar routine with lots of meat and already feel better.
