I also kept all of my greyhounds' coats. They are a bit big on the dog I have now, but that just means they keep him warmer and drier. He is black; the blinking lights would make him a lot easier to see at night. Hugs for your pups from Virginia in northern Ohio

Beautiful! So nice to see Magnus's legacies ❤❤❤ also i love that everyone is so comfortable together. It is great to see that even anxious and less socialized dogs have an opportunity to participate too. A great reason to use a muzzle and the labeled lead, it really makes me happy that these tools are used to enrich life for dogs that are less comfortable in these situations ❤😊 beautiful adoptables, too!

My Madge has a beautiful black shiny coat, as she gets a little olive oil in her food every day, and she has gone quite grey around her face, and chest, even though she is only 7 - I think black greyhounds seem to get grey around their faces when they are still quite young do they not? Is luka not keep on other dogs ? Notice he had his muzzle on for group walk and a anxious dog label on his lead

Luka did not have a good start before we adopted him. Among a list of other things that happened to him, he was not socialised, so he can be a bit nervous/reactive with some other dogs. Due to the confined area at the kennels and the sheer number of dogs in close proximity we sometimes put the muzzle on Luka. He is making a lot of progress and was not wearing the muzzle today and did great. We keep the anxious sign on his lead just to give people a heads up. He just needs to learn that there are other dog types and that he has nothing to fear. Just working on undoing some of the less than stellar things that happened to him in the past. He has come such a long way in the last 6 months.

Hi, can you tell me exactly what sort of chicken you are using for them and where you get it from? I live in East Lothian and would like to try my greyhound with the same - I'm sure she'd love it. Thanks!

We give them chicken thighs and chicken from Mark's and Spencer as it has higher welfare than some of the other supermarkets. For dinner they eat the natural instincts working dog chicken. To this we add veg and some vitamins.

Raw. Cooked are dangerous as the bones can splinter.
