I can't give you a proper answer. I use "switch" to 4:3 mode on my monitor, but not every monitor has option like this. Also there's possibility to change screen scaling in your GPU drivers, but I don't know how to do it, sorry.

because due to some video bugs we aren't able to see the smoke, but in that moment that's what makes him not shoot. he was probrably waiting for some enemy name show up to shoot. =P
