It worked because of the way Sheff Utd play with their attacking full backs, against most teams we would get destroyed playing like that unless you want to remove both wingers too.

RLB deserves lots of credit for this win and I hope the rest of the league see this and play against them the same way .They were so slow and ponderous at the back, really we should of had another couple of goals.

Do you think Reggie will stick with the 442? Thought Wilson and Mayenda caused a really solid back four a lot of problems with there pace and movement and I would love to see that more often specially against the likes of your bottom to mid table sides Haway the lads!!

We looked good when we played Connolly and Wilson together too. Looks like we have good strikers, just not through the middle on their own. I think we try to accommodate the midfield 3 with our formation. With rigg forced out, and a lack of wingers we've been forced to accommodate our abundance of strikers and it worked. Really helps that jobe and Niel are absolutely solid so we can afford to be thinner down the middle

Do you think that was Antony Patterson' s best game for the club? I still think though if Patto had pushed his defenders out of the six yard box that O'nien own goal wouldnt have happened. Mepham was also awesome tonight
