How do you fix your cargo door that has shifted out of center on a 38' sundowner gooseneck trailer?

Did that happen on its own or did you damage it in some way? These guys build heavy duty horse and livestock trailers that take a lot of abuse, so it seems a little strange that a side access door would just "shift out of center" on its own. Anything can be damaged and everything eventually wears out. Did you ask your dealer about it? I bet your dealer (the service dept.) can tell you how it likely happened and how to fix it rather than coming on a sales pitch video making it look like it was faulty.
