Well wel! 😊 I need to know if you ate the entire sunflower head seeds and all plz. I grow hundreds of sunflowers every year and might try a sunflower pizza next year.

Just the seeds and some of the flesh that came off with the seeds as we ate it. But not the whole head. The green part is a little hard. The yellow petals we also eat, like any edible flower.
