my grandma made me eat clover or alfalfa for a sandwich when I was a small kid like 5 yrs old. She also told me this stuff will prevent not getting future cancer. She also said to put sprouts on top of the natto bean. When I grew up, still eats sprouts, mostly clover for salad or low-carb sandwiches. I've been eating those for years and no wonder why I'm still ageless!! Every morning I steam broccoli side with scrambled eggs, this stuff keeps me boosted and energized. Thank you!

I've been eating these for 40 years and so easy to grow, you don't need to watch a 30 minute video on how to grow them, just put a tablespoon of Broccoli Sprout seeds into a jar allowing the air to get in using a piece of stocking or similar or a sprouting jar (they don't have to be in the dark just don't place in direct sunlight), rinse twice daily and around day 4 - 6 or so EAT. (can also be frozen).

Dr. Rhonda Patrick was interviewed on Andrew Huberman's podcast, and they briefly discussed sulforaphane. At one point she was talking about broccoli sprouts and broccoli, and she mentioned that if you cook broccoli, you somewhat lower the sulforaphane levels. However, if you put 1 gram of mustard seed powder on your cooked broccoli, it increases the sulforaphane by four-fold. Neat!!

So basically, sprouts and microgreens are cheaper and faster to produce, have more nutrients and phytonutrients and fewer antinutrients and cause less inflammation. Consequently, you don't need to eat as many of them as you would need from full-grown vegetables. Unless there is some crazy catch hidden there, I can't see any reason to make some major changes to my salad ingredients from now on. Thanks Dr. Berg!

Gillian McKeith from Scotland U.K spoke about the importance of sprouting and consuming them approximately twenty years ago. “You Are What You Eat”. She was ridiculed by most people as she was eating them and miso soup. She’s amazing and was well ahead of her time. She taught me so much and it’s interesting to see you talking about it now and how there’s all of a sudden a trend. Shame people didn’t listen twenty years ago, many of them might still be with us.

As I watch this I am eating a buffalo burger, sauted greens and about a cup of brocolli sprouts. I love them with ACV, lemon juice and EVO. My wife likes them on her salad. I've noticed that I digest them very well. I've been growing them from seed in an Easy Sprout container for about the last 7 weeks (Amazon). We start eating them after about 4 days and they are gone by day 7. I never put them in the fridge. I just take out what I want to eat and let the rest keep growing. Soak, stir and drain twice a day. I think I am going to get another container, so that we have sprouts all week long. Also, I soak them in 158 deg water for 10 minutes to increase the sulforaphane. Dr. Berg's videos have been helpful in the whole process.

Since seeing your videos regarding microgreens, we decided to start growing them and eating them. We truly believe that they have helped with my treatment in terms of building my hemoglobin and boosting my immunity. We have since started sharing them with others in hopes that it helps them too. Just wanted to say thank you for all that you do. Would love to use some of your content at the Farmer's Markets for context to give people more visibility into the powerful effects of microgreens.

Dr. RONDAH Patrick really brought this to light, especially on her Joe Rogan interviews. She mentions a France product which we. Ant get in the US. But luckily BROQ is a product that is the US version which is also produced by this same company. This is what a lot of international studies have been based on.

I finally decided to get a small 2 jar sprouting kit and it's so easy to produce a lot of sprouts I'm kicking myself for not doing it before now. I'm focusing on broccoli sprouts and lentils which sprout really fast and taste great. I have a lot of inflammation in my body and have been attempting to add beneficial foods to my diet that combat this inflammation. Olive oil, omega 3 fatty acids, turmeric, blueberries, cherries to name a few.

Dr. Berg! I absolutely love and appreciate your videos. I have had health challenges since I was born. Doctors could see things weren't working right, but could not figure out what was going on. Tested for many cancers (of course... it always has to be cancer, right?), MS, Chacot-Marie-Tooth, PANS/PANAS.... it took 14 years to figure it out. During that time, my mom went the holistic route and we worked with a naturpath. During that time, I found microgreens and have grown them since! In 2020, I was doing better, but the world was not. I decided I needed to do what I can to help people understand how easy microgreens are to grow. I created a microgreens kits (most people grow and sell microgreens because there is so much money in it... my mission is to educate and empower people). I would love to do an interview with you to discuss this video. I am now 19 and feel more and more passionate about the power these little veggies have in them. I am also so very greatful for the information you have on all the things that effect the mitochondria. You have been a huge help along my journey to live my best life!
