I'm happy to hear people feel they are helping them, sadly for me it's not the case. I feel companies staff aren't being informed about these. I have experienced no difference & no help. Infact when I first enquired to big store chains (said to be supporting them) to get one for myself, most of them didn't have a clue about them. Infact the stores that did, didn't even have them. I feel like it's all being forgotten about & not been looked into regularly enough. So I'm wondering if Hidden disabilities are doing enough to spread awareness. People only seem to see the lanyard only as a mask exemption these days to be honest.
