谢谢你看的那么仔细。的确这一趟去 Sungei Pelek 发生了很多有趣的插曲。但最终是没吃到原味的光饼，留了个小遗憾。可是呀，在接下来的视频（两个星期后，你可以看看）我们还是向老板买了一整箱饼（噗），品尝到了他们家的光饼。但最重要的还是认识了老板这条汉子（哈哈）和双溪比力这个小镇。我们计划mco过后会再回来拍摄寻找当地的福州美食和故事。

Bake kompia at home!!!!! That would be a challenge too great. Besides I'm a hopeless baker. Being trying during the whole mco last year and failed miserably each time, even at proofing stage.

That’s not Fuzhou Light cake at all. It’s Malaysian style of Fuzhou Light cake. He.s not Fuzhouness. I’m from Fuzhou and I know exactly what’s the traditional Fuzhou Light cake.

bit unfair to say they're not fuzhounese. they are but they are also ppl who are born and raised in sarawak. like it or not some things would change slightly according to the localisation.
