Nice advice. Maine lock down k dauran option trading thoda sikha tha aur Kiya. Overall profit m raha. But now I don't do it. Reason is it's mostly an act of prediction and one has his biases. Secondly, it is risky and gives a lot of stress. When you are carrying your position you will always be in tension as to what next day ! Kisi kaam m man nahi lagega, hamesha dhyan position per hi rahega. And fire fighting k chakkar m bahut manshik dabab rahega. And most important part is that since you are in leverage position believe me if you are in wrong side with big position it can erode your profit earned and even the capital. Sach baat hai short time m market m timing kerna sabse khatarnak hai. Better to avoid unless you are just using to hedge your big positions in equity only.

I have seen lot of people loose in options.. to Zero, I personally lost a lot, but still trying to get back from the same place where I lost, and thought once I recover my loss, I will stop, seems it is not possible, started loosing more.
